Online Bookings

We offer online booking services for our customers, provided they have accepted these Terms of Service. A valid credit card is required to book an appointment with Noire Skin and Health. Your credit card information will be securely stored and all transactions will be processed through a third–party payment processor. At the time of booking your appointment, we may require you to agree to pay a deposit in order to reserve your appointment. This deposit is non–refundable and non–transferable.

Your appointment will not be confirmed until both the deposit and the cost of your appointment have been paid in full.

 Noire Skin and Health reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these Terms of Service.

Medical Services and Advice Noire Skin and Health provides medical services such as pre–surgery clearance, wellness visits, IV therapy, and more. The advice and treatment recommendations provided by the doctors and medical professionals at Noire Skin and Health should not replace your doctor or primary health care provider‘s advice.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days‘ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
